Where's my order?
You'll get an email when your order ships, with any available tracking information. Delivery time varies by product and route.
If you can't find that email, or something doesn't look right, email hello@hearlow.com with your order number.
How does delivery work?
We ship to Australia. Delivery to Australia is included.

Something's not right with my order
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or hasn't arrived when you expected it, email hello@hearlow.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We'll work with you to find a resolution.

The products
What's included with the Dripper?
The Everyday Dripper is a ceramic pour-over dripper in the 2–4 cup size. Filters, coffee, hot water and something to brew into aren't included.
What filters do I need?
The Everyday Dripper needs a #102 paper filter. Hearlow #102 Filters are compatible. As a standard #102 filter, fit may not be exact. Already have #102 filters? You can skip ours. See Hearlow #102 Filters.
Do I need the whole range?
No. Each product stands on its own. Beyond the Dripper and a filter, you'll need coffee, hot water and something to brew into. A scale and a grinder are optional: add what helps, skip what doesn't.
